Agile – How business need has transformed agile research in 2020

September 14, 2020 @ 2:00 pm 2:30 pm

Speakers: Tim Dungey & Hannah Brown, M3 Global Research

Convenor: Xierong Liu, Ipsos Health

Although the notion of agile research is not new, widescale recognition of the power of it is.

As COVID-19 brought havoc across the global medical community in the first half of the year, there was a universal business need to understand the impact, both short and long term, on physician behaviour. Agile primary data collection became an essential tool to inform decision-making more broadly, and the healthcare industry needed reliable, high quality insights, fast.

This webinar offers an overview of how and why the emergent approach of agile research became a key trend across the industry. We share some of the practical applications, including its interplay with other methodologies, the relative popularity of emerging applications, and what business needs are now being answered for better, more timely insight.
