With 20+ years insights experience, Rob has held a variety of senior agency roles. Rob joined BuzzBack in 2012 and leads on healthcare at BuzzBack Europe. Rob has a wide experience in global insights / research and has worked at agencies in the UK and Australia including RSGB, TNS and Research International (all now Kantar) and Quaestor Research and Marketing Strategists (now Optimisa Research). His specialisms include: Innovation & NPD, market landscape & understanding and brand & communications development.
With 20+ years of insight experience, Julie has worked across a diverse set of industries and categories. She has led the insights function for food (Kelloggs, General Mills, NutraSweet), household products (SCJohnson Wax), entertainment (Universal), and OTC (Dr. Scholl’s, McNeil brands). Her healthcare experience includes GI, upper respiratory, pain, cardiovascular, mental health and most recently, women’s health (Bristol-Meyers Squibb, AstraZeneca, TherapeuticsMD). Her work has spanned the globe, having lived and worked in China, Japan and the UK, and leading global innovation efforts from the US.
