EphMRA Online Panel Discussion – The future transformation of Market Research – where will it be in 10 years from now?

We are all well aware that COVID-19 has been a major impetus for change in the world and not least in the healthcare market research/BI industry. The future of market research in our industry is evolving and changing due to the pandemic in particular, so it’s a great time to take stock and see where the industry is heading over the next few years.
